The packages do not include any costs associated to website hosting, domains, theme or plugin purchases that aren’t free, CRMs platforms etc however I will recommend the best/affordable options. Drag and drop theme based websites are used to make the website creation /design affordable, to allow you to preview the design before going ahead, and, to enable you to easily self-manage your website after the build.
The pricing shown is based on the client providing (in advance) all branding, wording/copy & imagery. Any additional time spent curating any of the above needs to be requested & purchased separately.

Support Based
The following support is for smaller single task based work only (individual graphic designs such as banners, social media graphics, single page worksheets, minor website updates / changes etc.).
All content / copy / branding guidelines must be provided. No training, strategy or guidance is provided. Larger projects (website / sales page design, branding etc.) are package based and listed above as separate pricing. VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE (VA)
Admin included is for updates and helping to maintain what you have in place not for complete system set-up (refer CRM package if this is needed). Design included are for simple single SM designs, single worksheets and minor updates to sales pages (not project designs from packages above).
We use Trello to manage tasks and ensure deadlines are met. These hours are used for task completion only. Clients must provide a list of tasks for completion & manage their timelines. No training or guidance is provided.
Please note there are no refunds or carry over on hours as I block off the hours for you, so any unused hours will be lost.
WEEKLY SUPPORT
Best suited for clients who regular support / a dedicated time slot each week with mixed admin and minor design. Must have the tasks ready to go prior to each day.
BASIC (2hr pw x4)
- $500 upfront, OR, $140 per week (payable prior to weekly work commencing)
- Either 1 x dedicated 2hr slot or 2 x 60min slots each week (Mon-Fri only)
- Bonus free 30 min strategy session each month (save $150)
- Total of 8 hr
STANDARD (5hr pw x4)
- $1200 upfront, OR, 2 x $650 (first due upfront, second fortnight after)
- Dedicated 60 min slot each Mon-Fri

Best suited for clients who know exactly what they need done and have everything ready to go.
- 5 hours admin only = $200
- 5 Hours can be used in one session or multiple days
- Block of hours must be used within 2 weeks or purchase so please ensure you have everything ready prior to booking.
- Work is scheduled in advance based on as available + urgency basis.
